Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Revibe account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Device

  Back up your data and perform a factory reset on your device, ensuring all personal accounts and passcodes are removed before packing it in its original box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
